The Funeral Service

• Choose burial or cremation.
• Vessel: Select a casket or cremation container.
• Location: Choose location.
• Floral: Choose floral arrangements.
• Memorials: Is there a theme or decorations you want? Specific photos or memorabilia?
• Customs: Are there any traditions, customs, or religious ceremonies that are important for you to include?
• Cloth: If burial? What clothes would you like to be dressed in? 
• Music: Select music and hymns, if desired.
• Transportation: How do you want your remains to be transported and how will your family be a part of that?

• Who would you life to preside over the service?
• Who would you like to give a speech?
• Who would you like to give the eulogy?
• Who would you like to read any scripture and what scripture?
• Any musician you would like to include?

Final Disposition

• Location of cemetery or where to spread ashes.
